Our Neighborhoods

We don't consider a property a keeper unless the neighborhood is too. Or for that matter, the city. That's why all of our rental homes are in Wichita, Kansas, and more specifically in the most sought-after neighborhoods. Convenient and close to all that's happening without ever being too far from pretty prairies and sprawling skies.

Whatever you spend your day doing, coming home to these picturesque neighborhoods is the perfect way to end it. They're located in the heart of Wichita, a hop and a skip from vibrant downtown and with easy access to both sides of town. Wherever you land, you'll find yourself situated among historic homes, great amenities and friendly neighbors.

College Hill

The quintessential neighborhood

It's as if this east Wichita neighborhood was pulled from the pages of a picture book. Friendly neighbors of all ages and backgrounds come together over a shared love for their homes, holidays (trick-or-treating on Broadview and trolley tours of Christmas lights) and all things local. The stretch of Douglas Design District that goes through College Hill is scattered with some of the city's favorites places ― one end anchored by Lincoln Heights Village with its independent bookstore, hair salon and boutique, diner and farmers' market to the other where new and old businesses surround the iconic Crown Uptown Theatre. Then in the middle, you'll find cute little Clifton Square and the beloved College Hill Park and Pool!

Riverside

Quirky, artsy,
mecca of culture

West of Downtown, along the river, this neighborhood without a doubt has the most individuality. Beautiful gardens adorn almost every yard. Neighbors sit on their porches. Friends meet at the corner of 11th and Bitting for a coffee, juice and eats. Tourists and locals alike enjoy the large park and nearby attractions — like the museums along the river: Botanica, Wichita Art Museum, Cowtown and Mid-American All-Indian Center. A bit of spunk, a lot of love, and you'll fit right in.

Crown Heights

You probably know it
as college hill

Yes, the lines of neighborhoods can be tricky, especially when they're very similar. The differences between Crown Heights, which shares the celebrated Douglas & Oliver intersection yet extends further East, and College Hill are often confused. But that doesn't mean this area doesn't deserve its own identity. Its churches, schools and walkable streets make it great for families and meeting neighbors out walking their dogs.

Sleepy Hollow

A hidden Gem
(shh, don't tell)

Another extension of College Hill and all its charm without the widespread recognition. Even some lifelong Wichita residents aren't aware of this delightful neighborhood tucked north of Central. There's a pocket of wonderful homes and a quaint little park alongside a creek, plus a playground for the kids and MacDonald Golf Course for days off. If you work at Wesley Hospital or are one of those people that find the coolest spots before they're popular, this neighborhood is it. Let's just try to keep it a secret.

 The Rest of Wichita

When you're ready to venture out of your neighborhood, Wichita offers plenty more.
