Is there an application fee?
No. Although we do require a fully completed application form, including references.
How much is the security deposit? When is it due?
The security deposit is equal to one-month's rent. It is collected once your application is approved and is required to hold the property until your move-in date.
How long of a lease do you require?
One year for the initial lease. At the end of year one, the lease goes month-to-month.
Do you allow pets?
Many of our properties are not pet friendly, although exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a pet fee will be required.
Do you allow smoking within the premises?
No. With respect to the health and well-being of all, we have a strict no smoking policy.
Am i responsible for putting the utilities in my name?
Yes, this needs to be done prior to moving in. Most often, this includes gas, electric and water service. Contact information for doing so below.
