Meet Kay & Peter 

To understand Keeper Properties, look no further than husband and wife duo Peter and Kay Janssen. They manage everything from seeking out and restoring Wichita rental homes to meeting prospective tenants and being their primary point of contact once they move in. It's not uncommon for tenants to hear from Peter and Kay about things like semi-annual air filter replacements — or for those with green thumbs, about transplanting some of Kay's garden goodies. The Janssens are always available to ensure a comfortable Keeper Properties living experience.

Maintaining their growing number of Wichita rental properties could easily take up all their time, but it's just a sliver of how the Janssens keep busy. Both are closely involved in and connected with their church, neighborhood and community. From serving on various boards to hosting events in their own College Hill abode, their schedules stay full. And yet, they always make time for playing the role of proud grandparents and rooting on the Green Bay Packers.
